About the role
Join a reputable financial services firm as a Life Insurance Telesales Consultant. You will work from an outbound call centre in Johannesburg, contacting prospective clients to promote and sell life insurance products.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective clients.
- Present life insurance solutions, handle objections and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activity and client information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts and processes.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- RE5 qualification and at least 120 FAIS credits.
- Minimum 2 years proven telesales experience in life insurance.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

- R9,000 per month base salary (CTC) plus uncapped commission.
