About the role

The Legal Technology Lawyer – AI Enablement is a strategic, hands‑on position that supports the practical adoption of artificial intelligence solutions across corporate and litigation practice teams. Embedded within practice groups and coordinated centrally, the role provides training, coaching, and real‑time assistance to help lawyers integrate AI tools into their daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary local contact for practice groups, leading change‑management initiatives to drive AI adoption.
• Attend practice group meetings, build relationships, communicate AI benefits, and address adoption barriers.
• Deliver matter‑based training, office‑hour coaching, and on‑file support to integrate AI into key legal workflows.
• Provide live‑matter support, troubleshoot AI issues, and demonstrate AI‑enhanced processes for corporate and litigation work.
• Reinforce safe‑use standards, quality expectations, and professional judgment in line with firmwide governance.
• Collaborate with the AI Learning Counsel, Learning & Development, and other Legal Technology Lawyers to design and deliver experience‑based training programs.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with corporate or litigation practice experience.
• Strong interest in combining legal expertise with technology and innovation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills within practice teams.
• Ability to act as a trusted peer and visible liaison for AI initiatives.
