Legal Counsel – Corporate & Finance

About the role

Dreamlab is expanding its Legal and Compliance team and seeks a Legal Counsel to work closely with the Senior Corporate Counsel. The role focuses on corporate and finance transactions across a diverse portfolio of hospitality and entertainment businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and mark‑up transactional documents with high accuracy and consistency.
• Support M&A, joint ventures and strategic partnership deals, including due‑diligence and project management.
• Assist with debt and equity financing, preparing term sheets, shareholder agreements and related investment documentation.
• Collaborate with the Head of Legal on commercial contracts, supplier, customer and partnership agreements.
• Provide corporate governance, board and regulatory compliance support for entities in multiple jurisdictions (UK, US, Europe).

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with strong commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to produce precise, well‑structured legal documents.
• Experience in corporate transactions, financing and commercial contract work.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial in‑house environment.
