Legal Consultant – Remote (Part‑time Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Consultant to support AI training initiatives by creating high‑quality contract and policy templates. This remote, part‑time role works closely with product and engineering teams to embed legal requirements into AI outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality “golden response” contracts and policies for AI training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate legal insights into actionable AI requirements.
• Oversee the quality and accuracy of AI‑generated outputs, providing expert feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in contract management.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Significant transactional or compliance legal experience, especially in template‑intensive workflows.
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
