About the role

We are seeking a Legal Case Specialist to provide detail‑oriented support to a dynamic US‑based legal practice. Working remotely, you will assist attorneys by handling client communications, research, document preparation, and case management tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter client intake information into the CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Draft letters, professional correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Conduct research using open‑access databases and legal resources.
• Update the Case Management System and attach docket documents to calendars.
• Pull court dockets and track deadlines.
• Communicate with potential clients to gather initial case information.
• Track time for billing and support workflow management.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, courteous, and empathetic client interaction.
• Ability to follow directions, ask questions, and maintain attention to detail.
• Legal background or familiarity with legal terminology.
