Compliance Officer

About the role

Codekeeper is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer who can blend regulatory expertise with hands‑on project management. In this remote‑first position you will ensure the company meets all legal and internal standards while driving successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage compliance programs aligned with regulatory requirements and business goals.
• Translate compliance mandates into detailed project plans, set timelines, allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Track compliance metrics such as audit completion rates, training participation and incident frequency, ensuring projects meet both compliance and operational targets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between compliance teams, stakeholders and department heads, fostering clear communication and alignment.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Deliver projects that achieve certifications (e.g., ISO 27001) and set new benchmarks for quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong background in compliance, regulatory affairs or related fields.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to take ownership, simplify complex issues and see initiatives through to completion.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and legal standards.
