Legal Case Manager (Remote)

About the role

Job Duck is seeking a highly organized Legal Case Manager to join its growing legal team. This full‑time remote position supports case progression, client communication, and operational excellence across multiple practice areas, primarily personal injury.

Key responsibilities

• Request, track, and organize medical records and documentation.
• Maintain case files, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Support attorneys with case preparation and pre‑litigation development.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents (training provided).
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and internal stakeholders via phone and email.

Required profile

• Legal background or prior law‑firm experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and emotional intelligence.
• Clear speaking voice with strong articulation.

Required skills

• Tech‑savvy and comfortable adapting to new systems and processes.
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset) with stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
