Legal Case Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Legal Case Manager to join our growing legal team. This remote, full‑time position supports case progression, client communication, and operational excellence across multiple practice areas, primarily personal injury.

Key responsibilities

• Request, track, and organize medical records and related documentation.
• Maintain organized case files, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Support attorneys with case preparation and pre‑litigation development.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents (training provided).
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and internal team members via phone and email.

Required profile

• Legal background or prior experience in a law firm is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, articulate speaking voice.
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and emotional intelligence when handling sensitive client interactions.
• Reliable remote work setup: laptop/PC, headset, stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and a quiet, distraction‑free environment.
