Legal Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Legal Case Manager to join our expanding legal team. This remote, full‑time position combines administrative support with client‑facing duties in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Request, track, and organize medical records and related documentation.
• Maintain organized case files and monitor deadlines.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents (training provided).
• Support attorneys with case preparation and pre‑litigation development, particularly in personal injury matters.
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and other stakeholders via phone and email.

Required profile

• Legal background or prior experience in a law firm preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, articulate speaking voice.
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and emotional intelligence for sensitive client interactions.
• Attention to detail, strong grammar, and ability to produce polished communications.

Required skills

• Reliable computer setup (laptop or PC) with headset.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and a quiet, distraction‑free remote work environment.
