Learning Designer

About the role

As a Learning Designer at Safeguard Global, you will create engaging, learner‑centered experiences that help employees develop real‑world skills. Working with subject‑matter experts and global stakeholders, you will design solutions across eLearning, microlearning, virtual classrooms, videos, simulations and scenario‑based modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a variety of learning solutions, including eLearning, microlearning, live virtual sessions, videos, simulations and scenario‑based learning.
• Build learning journeys and curricula that support global skill development and align with business objectives.
• Apply instructional design best practices to ensure content is engaging, accessible and effective.
• Write clear instructional materials such as guides, learner handouts and audio/video scripts.
• Validate learning solutions for functionality and learner experience before launch.
• Collaborate with trainers, SMEs and project teams worldwide to gather needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Translate business requirements into learning objectives and measurable performance outcomes.
• Facilitate or co‑facilitate live or virtual training sessions as needed.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback, performance data and impact measures, and continuously improve designs.
• Support LMS administration, upgrades and user enablement, and maintain learning content on secure platforms.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience designing and delivering learning solutions for adult learners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global stakeholders and translate business needs into effective learning experiences.
• Strong communication skills to articulate the value of learning and its impact.
