About the role

The programme is a 24‑month learnership designed to launch the careers of recent South African graduates. Delivered by a leading development finance institution supporting the agricultural sector, it provides hands‑on workplace exposure, mentorship and practical experience across agriculture, finance and related disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in on‑the‑job training within agricultural and finance projects.
• Assist senior staff with data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Support finance, accounting and business management tasks under supervision.
• Engage in cross‑functional initiatives to apply theoretical knowledge to real‑world challenges.

Required profile

• Unemployed South African graduate with excellent academic results.
• Three‑year tertiary qualification in Banking, Finance/Accounting, Agricultural Economics, BSc Agriculture, Agri‑Business, Commerce, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics & Statistics, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or Data Analytics.
• No prior work experience required.
