Lead Warmer – Customer Outreach Specialist

About the role

Cartrack is seeking a Lead Warmer to engage prospective customers, introduce the company’s smart mobility solutions and generate qualified sales opportunities. The role focuses on outbound phone contact, lead qualification and appointment setting for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone and introduce Cartrack’s products and services.
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads against established criteria.
• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
• Schedule appointments or hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
• Record all interactions and update prospect information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects to keep them engaged.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly outreach and qualification targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Matriculation (high school) qualification.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation or sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience using CRM software to track interactions.
