Lead Generator Agent

About the role

As a Lead Generator Agent at Miway, you will work under direct supervision to turn third‑party leads into qualified insurance quotes and closed policies for short‑term products such as car, household and personal lines. You will educate customers on MiWay’s insurance offerings, ensure data accuracy and deliver an exceptional customer experience while complying with FAIS, POPIA and TCF regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Validate incoming leads from multiple providers and conduct the first contact.
• Discover customer needs, provide quotes and handle objections.
• Bind policies and manage the end‑to‑end lead lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide high‑quality service to both external and internal customers.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / NQF 4 qualification.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales, customer service, telesales or a call‑centre environment (preferred).
• Comfortable speaking with new customers over the phone.
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Target‑driven mindset.
