Lead Generation Specialist - Business Generator

About the role

Daisy Business Solutions is expanding its business development team in Potchefstroom and seeks a driven, competitive Business Generator. You will be the first voice a prospective client hears, dialing in, opening doors, and turning conversations into qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients across target markets.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers, qualify leads, and build a pipeline of interested prospects.
• Schedule and hand off appointments and product demos to the sales team seamlessly.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all outreach, conversations and outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with leads to maintain momentum and cadence.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to sharpen outreach messaging and strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing or lead generation (1+ years preferred).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and sales targets.
• B2B sales environment experience is advantageous.
• Grade 12 / Matric essential.
• Sales, marketing or business qualification is advantageous.
