Lead Developer – Identity Management

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Developer to own the design and delivery of secure, scalable identity management solutions. You will work with a high‑performing engineering team, driving best practices and contributing to strategic technical initiatives in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across identity management and data engineering projects.
• Design and implement high‑performance APIs and back‑end systems using C# and .NET Core.
• Define solution architecture in collaboration with architects and engineering leaders.
• Deliver strategic projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems while supporting migrations to newer technologies.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing methodologies and source‑code management.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
• Contribute to Agile delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years industry experience.
• Strong background in C#.NET Core, SQL Server and identity management solutions.
• Proven experience building scalable REST APIs and using Entity Framework (6 or Core).
• Solid SQL Server skills: relational design, complex queries, views and stored procedures.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments and understanding clean‑coding principles.
