L1 IT Support Engineer – Cisco Meraki Focused (MSP)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing US‑based Managed Service Provider seeking a proactive Level 1 IT Support Engineer who specializes in Cisco Meraki. The position is fully remote, but you must be available to work during EST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace issues.
• Administer Cisco Meraki networks, including basic troubleshooting of switches, wireless APs, and firewalls.
• Manage tickets in NinjaRMM or similar RMM platforms.
• Perform user administration, device provisioning, and endpoint support.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
• Document support requests, steps taken, and resolutions accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in an MSP environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco Meraki networking.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with NinjaRMM or comparable remote monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and desktop troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver great customer service.
• Availability to work EST business hours.
