Key Account Manager – South Africa Market

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to expand our presence in South Africa. You will be the primary liaison for strategic partners such as Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and high‑value clients, driving revenue growth through strong relationship management and commercial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and deepen long‑term relationships with key partners and clients in South Africa.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase trading volume, client acquisition and revenue.
• Source, onboard and nurture new Introducing Brokers, affiliates and strategic partners.
• Conduct regular business reviews, negotiate commercial agreements and monitor partner performance using key metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Support to deliver joint campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, seminars and conferences.
• Prepare reports on pipeline, account performance and revenue forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, business development or partnership management.
• Experience in Forex, CFD, FinTech, financial services or crypto is highly preferred.
• Existing network of IBs, affiliates or trading communities in South Africa is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel when required.

Required skills

• Experience with MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and partner‑management tools.
