Key Account Manager – KwaZulu-Natal

About the role

Cell C is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between the company and its enterprise customers in KwaZulu‑Natal. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client‑centric service, driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence across the assigned portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies aligned with Cell C’s objectives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for the portfolio.
• Prepare and maintain detailed key account plans.
• Identify sales prospects and pursue tender opportunities.
• Provide customers with comprehensive product and service information.
• Manage commercial relationships, including contract terms and KPIs.
• Serve as the single point of contact for service, technical and operational matters.
• Monitor service performance, present SLA reports and ensure contractual timelines are met.
• Resolve client issues, mitigate risk and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal streams to define and execute strategic client‑management plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise account management within a telecom or related environment.
• Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
