Key Account Manager

About the role

The finance provider seeks a motivated and presentable Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key brokers and clients in the commercial asset‑based finance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key brokers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the main point of contact for brokers, understanding their financing needs and business objectives.
• Review broker portfolios regularly to identify opportunities for additional funding solutions.
• Collaborate with internal credit, risk and operations teams to structure and negotiate financing deals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and client solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in key account or relationship management within asset‑based finance or commercial lending.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work with internal credit, risk and operations teams to execute deals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using financial modelling tools.
