Junior Technical Content Creator

About the role

Sintrex is looking for a motivated Junior Technical Content Creator to join its product team in Cape Town. You will work closely with the Product Owner and the Content team to produce and maintain high‑quality documentation, videos, and training assets that help both internal users and clients get the most out of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and improve product documentation for assigned solutions, ensuring it reflects the latest releases.
• Develop internal training materials, user guides, and learning resources for diverse audiences.
• Design and maintain assessments, quizzes, and certification content to validate knowledge.
• Collaborate with developers, subject‑matter experts and other stakeholders to translate technical information into clear, engaging content.
• Maintain consistency and quality standards across all documentation and multimedia assets.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, take ownership and learn independently.
• Interest in technology and a willingness to understand complex IT products.
• Team‑player who can collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Excellent command of English grammar and style.
• Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence) is a plus.
• Basic video editing or screen‑capture knowledge is beneficial.
