About the role
SKG Properties is looking for a motivated Junior Site Coordinator to support the delivery of commercial and industrial projects. You will work closely with the Site Coordinator and project team to ensure properties are well‑maintained and projects stay on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the general upkeep of properties.
- Supervise on‑site labour workers.
- Review and plan work schedules.
- Identify maintenance issues, communicate them to management, and follow up on resolutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Resolve on‑site conflicts and issues promptly.
- Communicate with clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years experience in finishing trades such as drywall and ceiling work.
- 1‑3 years experience as a junior site supervisor or in a similar coordination role.
