Junior Shower Sales Technician – Durban

About the role

This field‑based sales position combines in‑home client consultations with technical measurement and quote preparation. You will split your time between on‑site visits across Durban and office administration, developing the skills needed to become a full Shower Sales Technician.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client homes, arrive punctually, and conduct bathroom consultations.
• Take accurate measurements using a laser measure, measuring tape, spirit level and pipe detector.
• Assess bathroom layouts, interpret architect drawings, and recommend compliant shower solutions.
• Enter measurements into quoting software and generate professional quotes within 24 hours.
• Maintain client records and follow‑up via CRM, email, WhatsApp and phone.
• Manage your own schedule to balance fieldwork and office tasks.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• Valid South African driver’s licence.
• Strong organisational skills and a drive to progress to a senior technician role.
