Junior Sales Exec - Fintech

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing South African fintech that helps SMEs secure funding quickly. As a Junior Sales Executive you will be the first point of contact for business owners, guiding them through the financing process and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of SME prospects.
• Engage business owners and decision‑makers through calls, meetings and product demos.
• Present financing solutions and convert leads into long‑term customers.
• Support clients through the funding application and approval stages.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report activity in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial mindset with a keen interest in financial services.
• Confident communicator with excellent people skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly.
