About the role
Dermalogica South Africa is looking for a commercially driven Junior Trade Marketer to bring brand strategy to life in retail and concept stores, creating consumer demand and driving sell‑out performance.
Key responsibilities
- Support development and execution of retail activation plans aligned to key trading periods, product launches and campaigns.
- Coordinate in‑store campaigns, promotions, launches and consumer activations across retail partners and Dermalogica Concept Stores.
- Monitor activation execution, conduct store visits and ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are upheld.
- Track sell‑out performance, analyse data and provide recommendations to improve commercial results.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in trade marketing, shopper or retail marketing.
- Experience coordinating retail activations, promotions and in‑store campaigns.
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
