Junior Project Manager

About the role

PerformByAI is looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of consulting projects. Working closely with the AI Agent Builder and consulting team, you will help coordinate workflows, manage timelines, and ensure smooth client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Support project delivery and execution for consulting engagements
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
• Assist with client report preparation and documentation
• Manage project workflows and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate project status and requirements to internal teams
• Help structure project deliverables and presentations
• Track progress and identify potential roadblocks
• Provide administrative and coordination support to senior consultants

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in project coordination or consulting support
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced consulting environment
• Professional demeanor for client‑facing deliverables
• Experience in consulting or professional services firms
• Understanding of AI or technology‑focused projects
• Familiarity with Middle East business culture
• Background in data analysis or business intelligence
