Junior Motor Claims Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Junior Motor Claims Administrator to manage the end‑to‑end claims process for our motor rental portfolio. You will be responsible for registering, assessing, and finalising claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately register and process motor claims, capturing all required details.
• Investigate claim validity, assess documentation, and determine outcomes based on contracts, policies, and regulations.
• Assist clients with claim documents, handle walk‑in queries, and manage incoming calls professionally.
• Evaluate registered claims and prepare them for liability assessment or recovery.
• Manage third‑party claims and recoveries efficiently.
• Ensure claims processing aligns with company policies and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve claim‑related issues, including disputes and complex cases.
• Maintain accurate claim records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Process claims within set timelines while managing workload effectively.
