About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Millwright to join our Coricraft Epping Factory in the Western Cape. The role involves supporting maintenance, installations and ensuring safety compliance within our furniture manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mill equipment.
- Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting.
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
Required profile
- N2‑N4 Engineering qualification (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
- Trade test in Millwright (advantageous).
- Basic PLC knowledge (advantageous).
- Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably woodworking or furniture production.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand pneumatic systems.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
