Junior Manager – Audit & Talent Development

About the role

Join Africa Talent by Deloitte as a Junior Manager and contribute to complex audit engagements while shaping the learning roadmap for talent across the continent. You will work remotely from Africa, supporting Deloitte Netherlands clients and gaining exposure to a diverse set of industries and ESG initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own the learning roadmap for Africa Talent professionals.
• Ensure skill development aligns with client needs and Deloitte standards.
• Execute audit strategies for complex financial statement items with professional skepticism.
• Support international audit teams and Netherlands engagements with high‑quality, cost‑effective delivery.
• Collaborate with a global network of clients across various industries and geographies.
• Contribute to ESG and sustainability audit projects.

Required profile

• Junior Manager level with experience in audit or assurance.
• Ability to work with international teams and adapt to diverse client environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and professional skepticism.
• Interest in ESG and sustainability topics.
• Proactive attitude to drive day‑to‑day operations of Africa Talent.
