About the role
The Junior Learner position is part of Absa Bank’s learning programme, designed to develop individuals and support the organisation’s growth. Participants engage in workplace experiences, training sessions and provide ad‑hoc support to customers and teams.
Key responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in all workplace experiences aligned with development objectives.
- Take part in training and development interventions as scheduled.
- Provide ad‑hoc assistance to customers and team members to maintain performance.
- Complete required administrative tasks, including tracking and reporting.
Required profile
- GET Certificate in Business, Commerce or Management Studies (required).
- Commitment to personal and organisational development.
