Junior Key Account Manager – Hospitality & Tourism

About the role

Visit Hartbees is looking for a motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join its fast‑growing tourism and logistics team. You will be responsible for bringing local hospitality and tourism businesses onto the company’s digital platform, driving revenue and ensuring partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and onboard new hospitality partners (lodges, cruise operators, restaurants, activity providers) across the Magaliesberg, Hartbeespoort and Brits corridors.
• Support the technology director in the technical integration of partner systems with the Master Pass booking engine.
• Monitor and grow the portfolio by updating listings, cross‑selling services and increasing booking volumes.
• Maintain daily on‑site relationships with partners to achieve a 0% churn rate.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management or a related commercial field.
• 1–2 years of progressive sales, marketing or front‑of‑house experience in hospitality, travel or tourism.
• Living or working experience in South Africa’s North West Province, especially Hartbeespoort or Brits.
• Valid South African driver’s licence for regular regional travel.
