About the role

Our well‑established IT company is seeking a motivated Junior IT Technician to join our team serving the Paterson/Alicedale area. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to apply your desktop support experience in a dynamic environment while supporting a variety of end‑users. You will work on‑site, providing reliable technical assistance and ensuring that IT services run smoothly for our clients.

Key responsibilities

Provide desktop support to end‑users in the Paterson/Alicedale region.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and basic networking issues on Windows workstations.
Maintain, update and document IT equipment and support tickets.

Required profile

1 to 3 years of experience in IT desktop support.
Relevant IT qualification (e.g., diploma or degree in Information Technology).
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
