About the role
Spoor & Fisher Attorneys is looking for a service‑oriented Junior IT Support Technician to join its in‑house IT team. You will provide first‑line technical assistance in a fast‑paced intellectual property law environment, supporting attorneys and staff with their daily technology needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely first‑line support for end‑user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile equipment.
- Maintain system reliability by monitoring hardware and software performance.
- Assist with troubleshooting network connectivity and peripheral issues.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the help‑desk system.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive legal information.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively with senior legal professionals.
- Good communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
