Junior IT Data Analyst

About the role

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Junior IT Data Analyst to support its Business Intelligence and data analytics initiatives. In this role you will help turn raw data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business intelligence data from multiple sources to inform product and operational decisions.
• Manage internal and external data sets and produce regular management reports.
• Research operational issues and apply BI analytics to improve decision‑making.
• Track escalated operational issues and coordinate with stakeholders to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor daily trends, identify patterns, and support the development of predictive, real‑time models.
• Communicate technical findings to senior management and non‑technical audiences.
• Implement best practices for BI, data warehousing, and data governance.
• Contribute to IT digitalisation projects that deliver cost reductions and business improvements.
• Assist in defining policies and procedures for data collection, analysis, and ongoing analytics assessment.

Required profile

• University degree (any discipline) is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related project work.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
