Junior ISO/Quality Administrator – Atlantis, Western Cape

About the role

Our client in Atlantis, Western Cape is looking for a Junior ISO/Quality Administrator. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with some exposure to ISO systems, quality administration, SHEQ or compliance who want to develop a career in integrated management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update ISO documentation, files, registers and records.
• Control documents to ensure policies, procedures, forms and work instructions are current.
• Provide general administration for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Assist with the maintenance of the Integrated Management System.
• Prepare and organise documentation for internal and external audits.
• Record audit findings, non‑conformances and corrective actions, and follow up with relevant departments.
• Maintain training, compliance and other ISO‑related records.
• Support the updating of policies, procedures, work instructions and forms.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Relevant qualification or training in Quality, ISO, SHEQ, Health & Safety or Environmental Management is advantageous.
• Some previous exposure to an ISO, Quality, SHEQ or compliance environment is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work methodically.
• Willingness to learn, take instruction and develop within the role.
