About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Internal Sales/Account Manager to join our refurbished enterprise IT hardware business in Tokai, Cape Town. The role is full‑time, office‑based and focuses on servicing existing customers while generating new business.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with the existing customer database.
- Cold‑call and generate new leads for IT hardware and lifecycle solutions.
- Upsell and cross‑sell IT products to current clients.
- Track sales activities and report on performance against targets.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of internal sales experience in the computer hardware industry.
- Strong interest in IT and a desire to build a career in the sector.
- Resides near Tokai or can commute easily.
- Energetic, self‑starter, commission‑driven.

What we offer
- Salary range R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
- Competitive OTE commission structure.
- Full‑time office environment with standard office hours.
