Junior Insolvency Specialist

About the role

Our client, a leading UK‑based corporate restructuring firm, is looking for a motivated Junior Insolvency Specialist to support the Director and Corporate Recovery team. The role offers exposure to UK and Indian case loads and involves working with a paper‑less document management portal.

Key responsibilities

• Assist UK and Indian teams in managing case loads via the online document management portal.
• Prepare reports, presentations, letters, file notes, emails and faxes following firm procedures.
• Input and maintain data on the case management system for client cases.
• Carry out case administration, draft correspondence and statutory documentation as required.
• Handle client queries in person and by phone, ensuring accurate message relay.
• Support investigations, cash‑flow analysis, case reviews and compliance procedures.
• Undertake ad‑hoc clerical or office duties and attend CPE/training programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in corporate recovery or insolvency.
• Honesty, personal integrity and strict confidentiality.
• Energetic, proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving interest.
• Clear and structured communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
