Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Product team on a fixed‑term basis. You will create high‑quality packaging, promotional, and member‑facing assets that reinforce our brand and enhance product appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Create and prepare packaging, labels, and print‑ready artwork under guidance.
• Execute artwork changes and ensure production compliance.
• Develop mock‑ups and visual concepts for new product development and relaunches.
• Maintain visual identity and brand consistency across all channels.
• Apply brand guidelines, flag inconsistencies, and design campaign, event, and signage assets.
• Design catalogues, magazines, and other printed collateral.
• Produce visual assets for the Member Portal and app, and format promotional content.
• Support design workflow, proofing processes, and artwork archiving.
• Adhere to project timelines and file‑management standards.

Required profile

• Creative, detail‑oriented designer with strong visual identity and layout fundamentals.
• Meticulous eye for print‑ready and colour‑proofing accuracy.
• Proactive learner able to manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective collaborator with NPD, Marketing, and Events teams.
• Clear communicator with solid presentation skills.

Required skills

• 1‑2 years of graphic design experience (internship, studio, or junior agency role).
• Exposure to packaging and artwork production.
• Digital and social asset design experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Understanding of print production, packaging design, and final artwork processes.
