Junior Graphic Designer - Contract

About the role

Our client is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Cape Town team on a 12‑24 month contract. You will support the marketing and creative teams by producing a variety of visual assets that align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations and advertisements.
• Design digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns and online advertising.
• Create and edit graphics, illustrations, infographics and other visual content.
• Resize, adapt and update existing artwork for multiple platforms and campaigns.
• Ensure all design work follows company brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Maintain and organise brand asset libraries and project documentation.
• Prepare artwork files for both digital distribution and print production, conducting quality checks.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make revisions while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.
• Good eye for detail and ability to maintain consistency across materials.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to receive and act on feedback from stakeholders.
