About the role

The Academic Institute of Excellence (AIE) is seeking a driven, forward‑thinking Junior Full‑Stack Developer to join its growing Information Systems team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building scalable, meaningful solutions where innovation meets purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance web applications using modern full‑stack technologies.
• Maintain and improve existing platforms and digital tools across the institution.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code aligned with best practices.
• Ensure adherence to internal development and coding standards.
• Take ownership of deliverables, timelines, and project outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply them to real‑world education solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Experience working with MySQL databases.
• Strong understanding of functional programming principles.
• Proficiency with Git (Bitbucket advantageous).
• Experience deploying and managing applications across environments.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project‑management tools.
• Experience in EdTech or education environments is a plus.
