Junior FMCG Sales Representative – Phoenix Industrial Park

About the role

Our client operating in the Phoenix Industrial Area is seeking a motivated Junior FMCG Sales Representative to promote and sell a range of fast‑moving consumer goods. You will work closely with the sales team to meet targets and build lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell all company products to existing and potential customers.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analysis to match customer requirements.
• Generate leads through cold calling and follow‑up activities.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maximise satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within the defined schedule.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
• Provide market intelligence reports on customer needs, competitor activity and product opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a sales representative in the FMCG sector.
• Own vehicle for client visits.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a strong track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) practices.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
