Junior Electronics Technician – Technical Service Centre

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Electronics Technician to join our Technical Service Centre at the head office. The role focuses on installing, repairing, certifying and supporting electronic products and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Install components, units and printed circuit boards according to specifications.
• Use electronic test equipment to verify functionality and perform quality checks.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, circuit diagrams, datasheets and work instructions.
• Set up, test and troubleshoot units, documenting repair reports and corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, ensure tools are in good condition and used correctly.
• Manage stock records, packaging and relevant paperwork.
• Provide technical support to colleagues and report any health and safety risks.

Required profile

• National Diploma (N4) or equivalent qualification in Electronics.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in electronics repair or maintenance.
• Strong soldering skills and ability to work with hand and small power tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, OHS regulations and safety procedures.
