Junior Designer

About the role

The Junior Designer will support the creation and delivery of high‑quality visual content for both print and digital platforms. Working closely with Art Directors, Editors and the Digital team, you will help shape magazine layouts, website graphics and social‑media assets that align with brand objectives and audience expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing editorial content for print magazines, websites and social‑media channels.
• Create engaging layouts, graphics and visual assets that follow brand guidelines.
• Develop concepts through to final execution, ensuring consistency across all outputs.
• Research fashion, lifestyle and digital trends to contribute ideas during editorial brainstorming.
• Produce and adapt content for social media formats such as posts, stories, reels and carousels.
• Source, retouch and prepare images and illustrations under Art Director guidance.
• Support basic motion‑graphics, video edits and other digital assets as needed.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork and assist with pre‑production processes.
• Maintain organized design files and collaborate with editors, writers and other creators to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a design, publishing or editorial environment.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, imagery and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
• Enthusiasm for fashion, beauty, lifestyle and pop culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of social‑media platforms and digital content formats.
