Junior Data and Systems Administrator

About the role

People Dimension is seeking a motivated Junior Data and Systems Administrator to ensure accurate data reporting, maintain system integrity, and support business analytics across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Data maintenance and quality control: clean, validate and organise datasets, reconcile data across systems, implement quality improvements and automate reporting workflows.
• System support and integration: draft system specifications, support testing and deployment cycles, maintain documentation, verify migrations and collaborate with IT and development teams.
• Reporting and business analytics: prepare monthly performance dashboards, design Power BI and Excel reports, communicate insights to management and define reporting requirements with stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in data analytics or reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative team player willing to work overtime when required.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in Power BI for data visualisation.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with data cleaning, validation and automation.
