Junior Data Analyst / Scientist

About the role

The Junior Data Analyst/Scientist will support data‑driven decision making for internal and client marketing teams. You will analyse large data sets, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that help optimise campaign performance, spend, and customer targeting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organising data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Perform basic statistical analysis under senior guidance and help uncover patterns that answer business questions.
• Develop simple reports and dashboards to visualise findings.
• Support senior analysts with data modelling, troubleshooting data quality issues, and preparing data for reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with business goals.
• Document data processes, report logic, and key observations.

• Junior‑level candidate with a strong analytical mindset.
• Eager to learn and apply statistical techniques and predictive modelling.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data findings for non‑technical stakeholders.
