Junior Concierge

About the role

As a Junior Concierge at One&Only Cape Town, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking personalized experiences. Working closely with the Head Concierge and Assistant Head Concierge, you will help turn guest wishes into memorable moments while upholding the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend and book top restaurants, bars, clubs, tours and other local experiences.
• Maintain an organized supply of brochures, stationery and pens for guest use.
• Assist guests with purchasing Table Mountain tickets, arranging tours, transfers and courier services.
• Support guests in completing online check‑in and other pre‑arrival tasks.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints and queries promptly.
• Prepare detailed itineraries for arriving and in‑house guests.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience agents and hosts to address any operational difficulties.
• Ensure the Concierge department consistently meets One&Only service standards.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Cape Town attractions is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
