Junior Business Intelligence Developer

About the role

MiWay’s Management Information System (MIS) team is looking for a motivated Junior Business Intelligence Developer. You will work with Microsoft technologies to build and maintain reporting solutions that enable data‑driven decisions across the company’s financial services operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop reports using pivot tables and OLAP/Tabular data warehouse structures.
• Analyse data from sales, customer and financial sources to create integrated business insights.
• Work with large, complex SQL databases and develop SSIS packages, SSRS reports, and SSAS cubes (SQL Server 2010+).
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver accurate reporting solutions.
• Support knowledge sharing and training within the MIS team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Microsoft SQL environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
