Junior Business Analyst

About the role

Abantu Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Junior Business Analyst based in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, on a full-time basis. The role covers gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting ERP systems and reporting, and liaising with stakeholders and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements across key business functions
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Assist in solution design aligned to Business Central capabilities
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support management decisions
• Translate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central data into meaningful business insights
• Provide functional support to users and analyse system issues and enhancement requests
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers
• Assist with ERP upgrades, module rollouts and digital transformation initiatives

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Business Analysis, preferably IIBA aligned or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, report writing and ERP support
• Ability to support change management and user adoption
• Effective communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with senior management
