Junior Admin Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Junior Admin Clerk to support daily office operations at New Era Springs in Gauteng. The role involves preparing quotations, processing invoices, maintaining stock records and providing general administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer quotations.
• Capture and process invoices accurately.
• Assist with stock control and maintain stock records.
• Perform data entry and general filing duties.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
• Order and monitor office and stock supplies.
• Support management with routine administrative tasks.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and filed correctly.

Required profile

• Grade 12/Matric certificate.
• Previous administrative experience is advantageous.
• Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Reside in or around Springs or have reliable transport.

What we offer
