Java Developer – Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Our client is seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong full‑stack capabilities to contribute to the development of modern enterprise applications. This permanent opportunity is suited to a developer who enjoys working across backend services, frontend development and database technologies within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java‑based microservices and APIs.
• Build responsive and user‑friendly frontend components using Angular.
• Design, implement and optimise database structures and queries.
• Deliver features across both backend and frontend components.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold strong engineering standards.
• Implement automated testing and contribute to CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with product, development and technical teams to deliver quality solutions.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years' experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservices.
• Solid Angular development experience.
• Good knowledge of SQL and JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with JUnit or similar unit testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices.
• Ability to work effectively within an Agile environment.
