IT Technician

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Technician to join a growing UK Managed Service Provider supporting SMEs. The role is fully remote from South Africa, working UK business hours, and involves delivering technical support across a diverse technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues across Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint devices, and cloud/on‑premises infrastructure.
• Visit customer sites in the West Midlands and South Staffordshire for hands‑on support.
• Work within Datto and Autotask RMM and PSA platforms.
• Identify recurring trends and recommend service improvements.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate IT or Managed Service Provider environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
• Customer‑first attitude with clear communication, patience, and reliability.
• Willingness to work UK business hours (Monday‑Friday).
• Neutral/clear English accent.
